Current cycle progression

Are you going to log this?
I am.
I have to find the time.
I get up at 2:30, get ready for my day and by about 3:00-3:15 I get to the gym and work out for 40-70 minutes and drive an hour to work...then I work a 10 hour day and drive 1.5 sometimes 2 hours to make it home by 5:30-6:00. I only have time to eat, fix my next days breakfast, shower, spe d about an hour with my wife....and I am in bed between 8 and 8:30.
My free time is very limited.

Actually it kind of sucks...I have barely enough time for a really good workout, and I don't have enough time in the evening for all my prep work and to relax and get a good enough sleep for my body to function at its best.
