Haven't seen anything like it before. Mandarin salmon.
Two cans of mandarin oranges, sprinkle salmon with dill, salt, onion and garlic powder, herbs de province and sesame seeds. Infuse butter with fresh sage and thyme for 30 mins and drizzle over seasoning. Cook at 350 for 20 mins. Slaps so hard bro.
 
If you go maximum with one rep, make sure you go a week or two without doing that. Again you don't want to end up with injuries.
So my training schedule is an 8 day rotation with 2 active rest days. Chest, hammies, arms, “rest”, back, quads, shoulders, “rest” with high volume and plenty of recovery time. First couple lifts are heavy and then the rest is lighter with an emphasis on contraction and control. Always gonna have a love for powerlifting, but I want to be more aesthetic.

I like 8 2 but try a bit modified 4/1 easier on your joints and more long term bro

Last week I did really well on my meal plan, but today I came to my moms and ate some pretzels and a couple cookies. Calories were overall under my goal for the week tho, but next week I don’t want any snacking going on.

60 mins treadmill

Very high volume today, training split up into two sessions with a meal break in between. Programmed rest day tomorrow so only 60 mins treadmill.
