Good afternoon everyone! I'm new here and decided to start a log of my training and nutrition. I basically love the idea of having a log of my journey and to look back on where I came from. Today was the first training day in a new regiment for me laid out by my new coach! I completed a full body workout today that was a big change from what I used to do, but I'm so excited to start this new chapter in my life. We will see how far i can push myself. I have big goals and dreams for the future and look forward to sharing it with you guys!
Today's Injections-
test cyp 80 mg
EQ 100 mg
BPC 157 1 mg (elbow)
Tb500 2.5 mg
Today's training-
Incline bench bar bell - 205x8
barbell Shoulder Press- 185x6
Dips - 20 reps
Dumbbell rows (elbows inside) - 75x12
Dumbbell rows (elbows outside) - 75x12
Dumbbell lat raises- 40x12
Tricep ext machine- 200x12
Dumbbell curl- 50x12
Barbell RDL- 175x20
Hack squat- 245x25
Leg press- 527x22
Standing calf raises- 2 sets of 20
Rope ab crunches- 90 lb 2 sets of 20
Total calories burned=850
Time spent= 70 minutes
average hr= 136
Keep in mind my coach is having me do 1 working set with warm-up sets not counting. It was definitely a change of pace, but can feel the difference in working my whole body. It was nice!

I will be switching over to my new nutrition regiment in the next day or two. I have to pick up a bunch of stuff from the grocery store. Once that is done I will be fully locked in!
