DAA or DAACC?

I read that DAA is a waste of money, something to do with poor absorption and you should choose the chelated version DAACC instead. How true is this cause the guy at the vitamin shop told me that it would not matter and I could just buy either and get the same results? I already have some stomach issues so I don’t want to risk anything that may be a problem here.

there is a difference between what is out of your body and what is in your body

a lot of people just don't understand that. if you take something that isn't even absorbed like b12 tablets vs. b12 injectables then it is a world of difference
