days off from sarms?

I an on a 12 week cycle of gw/osta/lgd/cardazol.
I'm taking the doses daily 2 times per day for last 3 weeks.
can I take like sat/sun off not take the dose?
Like the days I dont train do no doses of sarms and rest.

You can take time off when you dont train I do that but only 1 day not 2.

I've heard of guys doing 5 on 2 off with S4 if they get the vision sides, other than that I wanted to keep a daily routine of use so I did every day for 12 weeks just how i run them

no, you do not take days off with your dosing on non training days whatsoever... you stay on them regardless of training that day or not

you can do what you want but the idea here is to be on PED's so taking 2 days off is pointless. finish the cycle and then you can take many days off

I do not recommend doing that based on half-lives. Those compounds are roughly 24 hour half-lives so you want to dose at least daily.
