DHEA on cycle necessary?

Newbie
I can remember a guy years ago saying you should always use some DHEA on cycle with steroids and also during PCT cause it helps make things work better. I’ve also heard that they were banned by the olympics and it is hard to get a hold of them right now. Is it worth trying to get them or no?
 
what is DHEA even mean? there are supplements over the counter that claim they are DHEA. if that is what that guy is talking about then he is trying to sell you useless supplements i promise you
 
Dehydroepiandrosterone, also known as androstenolone, is an endogenous steroid hormone precursor.

In some states it is considered doping and therefore its sale is prohibited, in others it is sold as a supplement in shops.

it has many properties, but to say that it is necessary is a bit too risky.
Like all things, you need to know what you are taking and whether this particular product can help you or not.
Maybe to reduce cortisol...
