I was going by how I feel. I've been on trt for years but my doc retired. But I had my bloods done. Test is super high >1500. It's not fake. Apologies. Don't get how I feel though maybe estrogen is too high.

lots of things can cause you to feel different. a lot of times you get used to the androgens over time. that it just doesn't feel the same. that is common though. imagine if we felt on cloud 9 all the time, it would not be good either
