Dosing of Anavar is confusing

Seeing a lot of confusion out there, Anavar seems to be a steroid with a lot of mixed thoughts. I've seen people use 10 mg or even 5 mg. I'm seeing other people recommend 125 mg. What would be a good dosage for me to do? Should I go with 25 mg or 50 mg a day? I'm 5'6", 205 lb, and 20% body fat. I'm looking to cut down.

If this is your first standalone Anavar cycle, you should start with a low dosage and taper up. Run a 6 week cycle with 15 mg/day (wk 1-3) then taper up to 20 mg/day (wk 4-6). You can then start with 20 mg/day in a follow-up cycle (if needed) then taper up to 25 mg/day. Avoid exceeding this dosage, as you would put a strain on your liver.
