easier on lipids sarms or steroids?

I've got some cholesterol problems, saw my blood work and my levels are very high. Like I eat too much fat lol so would sarms or steroids be safer to cycle with if I got high cholesterol?
I'm taking anti cholesterol meds so it will go down.

If you have cholesterol, you gotta be careful. And of course sarms would be much safer for you. Specifically cardarine/stenabolic/nutrobal 677, that's your main guys.

you should not even consider steroids if you are having high cholesterol... sarms will not hurt your cholesterol whatsoever aside from possibly yk11 and maybe rad 140 but that would be very slight as well... gw501516 is actually beneficial for your cholesterol... i can help you set pup a sarms stack but i need to know your goals

fat is GOOD for cholesterol and heart health as long as it is natural fats. in fact most americans get 0, ZERO, NADA good fats in their diet which is the problem

stay away from refined oils, that is the killer. that is why i cook with unrefined organic cold pressed coconut oil!

Depending on what your actual diet looks like and what kind of shape you are in, I would work on the diet first. To answer your question though, SARMs would be a much safer option. I wouldn't touch steroids with high cholesterol.
