Okay so i decided to run DNP against everyones recommendation. I started with a light 200mg dosage and ramped it up over a few days up to 600mg. sweating was bad when i ate carbs. i noticed bloating the first week or two. by week 3 though bloating done. i finished down 22 pounds total.
