first cycle recommendation

24 years old and 5’8” 140 pounds with 16 percent body fat. I hope this message gets through and you can help with my first cycle. My plan is Trenbolone 800mg a week, should I go with acetate or enanthate? Also what kind of ancillaries do I need? My friend said I should use rich piana’s organ defender.
 
first cycle should never be tren at all man. if it is your first cycle with tren go with ace since shorter ester
 
bro you are high as a mfer... seriously... stop the nonsense... you would NEVER run tren on a first cycle and even as an experienced user, 800 mg of fkng tren? smh you need to stop even talking about steroids until you get a grasp on what you are doing... you need to just sit and read A LOT on here
 
bro i would use tren at a lower dosage, especially for your first time. once you get to my level then hell yeah run it higher
 
What kind of nonsense is this 800mg Tren? What in the actual fuck....

Tren is for advanced users only, and that dose is over double what an advanced user wouod use.

Not only are you not advanced....you have no business running any steroid. Your stats tell me you have no muscle base at all. Youre a long way from using anything bud
 
I’d honestly say throw out the idea of gear. Take your time to dial your diet and training in because I’m willing to bet that’s the problem here. Take the time to research and read about gear while your working on eating more and training harder.

For trenbolone I like Enanthate, you can shoot it twice per week still and it gives a nice steady level of androgens. As far cycle support you really should use my www.N2Guard.com products to help with organ support during your cycle.
