#1 we evolved on fruit. they are full of anxi oxidants, fiber, water, vitamins and minerals. people who eat their fruits and veggies live longer then those that don't. that is a fact.
#2 pizza is one of the worst foods you can eat. refined bread, cooked tomato paste, cheap pasteurized cheese, and refined oils are all poison in the body.
now you can eat a LESS unhealthy pizza by making it at home on your own using quality ingredients. but its still not gonna be as healthy as fruits or veggies sorry
