hey guys wanted to start a log to track my progress. My goals are to gain as much size as possible while staying pretty lean. I don't have plans on competing yet but i just do this for fun.

I've just completed a cut a few weeks ago and slowly ramping the calories back up. Sitting at a nice spot where im not starving.

My current training volume is lower at the moment. Will be adding sets as i see fit but i'm doing a Push/Pull/Legs/Rest/Upper/Lower split
