getting more pimples using subq injections?

This sounds like a crazy question but i swear since I've been doing subQ test injections I'm getting more pimples on my body. When I inject subQ, doesn't matter where I inject, the next day I notice more and more pimples pop up. but when I inject IM the next day no pimples at all. Do you think it has to do with the needle causing the skin to be inflamed?

You shouldn't inject test subQ, you should IM it inside the muscle. It's likely you're getting oil under the skin but NOT into the muscle as it should.

Do you use a swab? Clean the area?

if it is that area then of course it could be that. anything to irritate the skin can cause problems

Hard to say for sure but you could be getting oil on the skin and causing acne. My gut says that is not the case though and it has to do with fluctuating hormones.

Why not just stick to IM injections then?

Anecdotal but I tried sub q and found it to be much less effective than IM.
