Getting sick when training

Newbie
whenever I do a lot of weight training with heavy weight or I do a lot of cardio that's really hard on my body I get sick
do you guys experienced the same thing and is there anything I can do to fix this.
I was doing some heavy leg work and had to run to the toilet

if you get sick maybe you are overtraining
slow down and cut your overtraining
 
you should not eat anything within 2 hours of your training.

i like to train fasted, but if you insist on food then eat something light like eggs and fruit 2 hours prior

eating food before a workout that is heavy is why you get sick, your body is stressed and wants to evacuate
 
you are overtraining stop it
