So im currently running GH @ 4iu a day. 1 upon waking up, 1 after work, and 2 before bed. So far I have 0 sides that I can notice, no tingles or numbers in hands/feet. Also, nothin positive yet aside from a deeper sleep. 
Should I be pinning all 4 in the evening before bed? Or 2am and 2pm?
