try doing something like hgh before meals in the morning
it's the easiest way to remember to take it

I don't have an issue with the consistency of it. Just wondering if I'm using it the correct way for my goals.

I like to get it out of the way and keep it structured
this way I don't forget to take it or forget to put it back in the fridge

I don't mind splitting or multiple administrations, just wondering if I'm timing it the best way for my desired results.

So im currently running GH @ 4iu a day. 1 upon waking up, 1 after work, and 2 before bed. So far I have 0 sides that I can notice, no tingles or numbers in hands/feet. Also, nothin positive yet aside from a deeper sleep. Should I be pinning all 4 in the evening before bed? Or 2am and 2pm?

you should split dose HGH but you might need a lot more than that
