What do you think would be the best exercises for growing bigger quads? I’m a bit concerned with why my quads aren’t growing as fast as my calves or hamstrings. I’ve been doing leg extensions and squats 1-2x a week.
Is there any other exercises you recommend? I don’t want to develop some imbalances. Or have my legs look weird.
