gw from proven peptides legit?

Just reading all these negative threads about proven peptides. I bought a bottle of gw501516 from proven about 3 weeks ago and now after reading all this scared to take it. What should i do with it?

I see a lot of negative stuff about proven peptides and their sarms being prohormones. It's enough for me to stay away from them. Their reputation is in serious doubt.
