Hey all, I'm new to this forum but created the account so that I could post here as I'm not sure where else to turn. I placed a domestic order with Naps and the status updated to shipped on 7/15/25 with tracking provided. The tracking however, still as of today, just says "Shipping Label Created, USPS awaiting Item".

I tried contacting support by opening a ticket and the representative responded by telling me that 7/15 was when the package was shipped from the origin country and to reach out if I haven't received it by mid-august...yet this was a domestic order. Can anyone help point me in the right direction to figure this out? I've placed numerous orders with Naps over the years and have never had an issue until now.

I ordered a run of Pharmaqo Labs Test E, Tren Ace, and some clomid/HCG.
