high estrogen during dbol cycle

Hi, I started my cycle of test enan and dbol 2 weeks ago. Have been getting hot flashes and headaches and lower back pain. I went to get bloodwork and my estrogen is 284! The range is 40-160 so it's almost double.

I'm really tired and have high bp, low libido and more. I need help solving this.

are you honestly telling us that you are not using an ai with dbol? The side effects you are talking about are all well known side effects with it... you not knowing basic things like this going into your cycle is really bad man...
