how best to run lgd and rad for bulking?

I’m interested in trying to bulk up on sarms. I plan on doing a surplus of 500 cals a day. I’m 5’6’’ and 180lbs and 10% body fat. Can you recommend a good source first off? 2nd off would this cycle work below?
LGD 20mgs a day
RAD 25mgs a day
12 weeks then pct.

rad should be 20mgs and you need cardarine there with n2guard

bros i would do 20 mg of each. But make sure you do it at least 12 weeks.. that's a big mistake People make.

try lgd 25mgs a day. you will want to run it with some GW. it works great and fast!

15mgs of lgd is good. with rad i would go higher. maybe 20-25mgs. try that for 8 weeks and adjust

If you're looking to bulk up, you should definitely improve your appetite. add some nutrobal too. You don't need much, maybe 10 mg.

you will do fine on 20mgs each. keep things simple. no need to overcomplicate things
