I work out at a gym that’s pretty busy and usually have to wait 15 or 20 minutes to get a bench press or the squat rack. Once in there usually people are breathing down your neck trying to get in so I try and work in with people as much as I can.
My question is I want to transition to more powerlifting do you need to take more time in between your sets if you powerlift where I can let people work in with me maybe 2 or 3 guys or do you still take a minute or less in between your sets even when you’re going heavy?
