how much polyunsaturated fat is okay?

I have a lot of heart attacks in my family and heart disease
I wanted to get a discussion going on poly unsaturated fats which is on paper considered a healthy fat but in reality is it?
I’ve talked to some cardiologists and they say that you should avoid it as they can lead to heart attacks. It’s in a lot of the protein foods that we’re eating as bodybuilders. What kind of tips and advice can you give me on this?
 
1 of the biggest problems in bodybuilding is the amount of poor quality chicken
and poor quality chicken based on what they're fed has a ton of polyunsaturated fat which will eventually screw up your heart health
you want to especially watch out for chicken from fast food joints or take out but even supermarkets have poor quality chicken for example you don't want to get chicken from Walmart or a regular Supermarket always make sure its high quality and at least step 2 or higher
