I’ve never done a successful recomp. But I’ve been reading about Trenbolone and seeing some really good transformations. Guys are using it and actually building muscle and losing body fat at the same time. That’s pretty damn impressive. I’m 27 years old and I’m 189 lbs and about 13% body fat. I would like to have the same types of results. Do you think 300 mg of trenbolone and 150 mg of testosterone is a good starting point for 10 weeks?
