how much tren is too little?


my goals are to lose body fat and get leaner, not interested so much in strength or mass. I've used tren before at higher dosages and always gain a lot of mass fast and my strength goes sky high. my question is if i were to run tren at a low dosage would i be able to limit sides and still lean out or is tren just a bad idea?
It can be beneficial if you ran around 200mg per week. Tren is a great nutrient partitioner, dry, and actually decreases appetite in a lot of people. The downside is that it will hinder your ability to do cardio. For that reason, I would never run tren without Cardarine.

200mg tren per week is more than plenty. I leaned out this summer on that big time and strength is through the roof. I'm also side effect free
