How to best run deca with test

I have two cycles under my belt and this will be my third
I'm currently 6 ft 1 in 216 lb and 34 years old
my last cycle was a year ago and was testosterone and equipoise
this time I want to try using testosterone and deca durabolin
what is the best testosterone to use here?
and do you think that the best dosage for Deca would be 400 mg or should I increase the dose up higher and then double the amount of testosterone taking with it
my goals are to bulk up

the best way to always run any nandrolone is by stacking in a dht derivative. that would be proviron. but masteron, primo or winstrol are also possible but proviron is best

I would go test cyp or test e with deca at 300 mg of each.. the max i ever recommend with deca is 400 mg per week

500mgs testosterone
200mgs deca durabolin

use enanthate for test and deca not npp
can add some dbol and n2guard

make sure you follow a good diet with cycle......

Don't go crazy on your test dose so you don't just blow up with water. Keep it lower like 200-300mg per week. I would run the deca with it at 300-400mg per week. A long ester test like E or C is going to be the best choice so you can just pin them on the same schedule.
