how to run tb500 if I want to heal a hip ?

I’ve got a cranky hip that doesn’t want to improve. When I try and do squats I can feel it being strained. What would you recommend I use in terms of dosing of tb500 to heal this up? Should I run 15mgs and really frontload things up front? Or should I do it more of a consistent run where I do 5mgs a week and split the dose into microdosing?

best way to use tb500 is load up. It will need to be ran at a high dose and you need to give it at least 3 or 4 months.

I would go at least 10 mg the first couple weeks, and you can gradually lower it. But it's one you need to stick with.
