how to stack SERM’s + AI’s with testosterone ?

I’m going to be doing my first cycle and I’m 25 years old 218 lbs and around 17% body fat
my goals are to put on more quality muscle and strength
I’m going to be dosing testosterone 500 mg and go in for 11 weeks
my question is when it comes to stacking SERM’s and AI’s on the cycle and pct? How would I do it? Should I do the SERM’s the whole way or only leave them in pct?

with 500mgs test you need aromasin at least 12.5mgs eod
and no pct yet start with cycle plans first

why are you using serms on cycle?

some like clomid and some like nolvadex, just depends but save for pct
