Curious about using testosterone at 400 mg a week and then using winstrol to kickstart things the first 4 weeks with 50 mg a day be a good dose or should I increase it to 100 mg? I would like to do sort of a recomposition or lean bulking cycle. I’m 5’10”, 180 lbs and I am around 13 or 14% body fat at 45 years old.
