how would you run sarms if you are a bigger dude?

my body fat is high maybe 30% or more
it’s hard for me to even walk to the mailbox and check the mail on that big
what would be the best solution when it comes to getting myself into shape with the help of sarms?
Should I go with rad140 and ostarine together for 15 weeks?

If you are heavy try cardarine 20mgs with 20mgs testolone rad140 7caps n2guard and daily high cardio in AM

i would scrap everything and just do gw solo combined with proper diet/exercise
