For several years I had an unhealthy lifestyle, isolation, shifted pace etc.

Today, I'm trying to change all that, I play sports a lot, but I don't feel in good shape.

I suggest you try diet and lifestyle first.

Try adding 50mgs anavar per day with cardazol 40/day, add some primobolan 400mgs and go on a low carb diet with cardio and good training.
PSL is a good place top!
