inner thighs imbalanced


I am noticing a major imbalance between my inner and thights and my upper thigh. my upper thigh looks huge and ripped, but i literally have zero inner. i do plenty of difference exercises including extensions, reverse leg curls, squats. i cannot figure out what i am doing wrong and am at a loss what to do.


that is just due to imbalances, if you do prop lunges and squats that should not happen. too many guys don't do them right or neglect them for other lifts

eventually you can force growth if you keep working hard and have a plan of attack, personal experience for me I love front squat and normal squat mixed with lunges and leg press
