Hi all I’m very shortly gonna be starting a retatrutide cycle starting at 1mg for the first 2 weeks. As it goes along it’ll go up to 2mg for another 2 weeks just to keep the body healthy. By week 5 I should be up to 3mg a week. If all is going well that will be where I’ll sit at for another 6 weeks and slowly coming off of it.

Goals:
-Rebuilding strength back into my left arm.(recovering from a broken wrist)
-Shred down as much as I can while keeping as much size as possible.
-Stay consistent with 200-250g of protein a day.
Diet:
Each day having 3x 215g of chicken breast and a cup of white rice to keep minimal fats and high protein diet aswell as a protein shake and protein yogurt. Daily intake of protein is 215g give or take.
DaytoDayLife:
I work a very full active job providing me more than enough steps for the day. After work it’s straight to the gym with strength training and 2x days a week I do MMA after strength training.
