Need ideas for clean breakfast!

If there's an area where I struggle its breakfast, especially after seeing these labs..

What about thyroid? Is that going to go back to normal?
Also, got Estrogen results, it was 55 on that day. That was 6 days after I had cut my test dose in half back to 170mg 2x wk. So when I was at 340mg 1x wk they had me taking 1mg anastrizole 48hrs after shot. Since I switched to 170 every 3.5 days I started taking .5 mg 48hrs after each shot.... results should be the same right?

Well whenever I said that things were definitely tighter than they are now but $ is still a little tight but I can make it happen

Egg whites, old-fashioned oats with any kind of berry mixed into it and 1 whole avocado and 1/3 cup walnuts easy breakfast and super clean and healthy

perfect I suggest making 2-3 days meals minimum up to a week

I finished up last night and put a half avocado in each one. Walnuts in the am with oatmeal though.
Wife has an appt with gastro next week but everything is pointing to either pancreantitis or pancreatic cancer

So i made 6 of those with chicken, broccoli and half avocado and 6 with lean gr beef and brown rice with broccoli and avocado.
Breakfast is oatmeal, walnuts, honey, strawberries, raspberries
