LOG UPDATE

Posted a few pics earlier, didn't take pics of every exercise but I took a few. Couldn't get to the gym for several days so started my workout week over and did chest. Chest and shoulders are most important to me so I hit them the most.

Today is also my shot day (every 3.5 days)

50grm shake walking out of gym

2 Chicken Sandwiches on the way home

Beef Roast, Vegs, Mashed Potatoes 2hrs later

25gr shake before bed

So 10 days into this cycle, 1st time with Tren but I constantly see that it causes pretty serious night sweats.. not experiencing that or anything else for that matter...

Does this mean maybe my dose is too low?

I really am not noticing anything at all except maybe higher libido but I'm also running higher test than normal....

@jj210tx that means dose is enough already, dont up the tren or you'll get more sides
you taking electrolytes daily?

Yeah lesson learned. I've never had an order take this long, I assumed it would be here the following week. Apparently they agree that out should've been here by now bcuz yesterday they said they are starting investigation to figure out what's up. 🫤

Superset- Upright Rows w/ bar & Rear Delt db Raises

Won't be going today. Only been getting 2-3 hours of sleep ALL week and moving and I am EXHAUSTED! Falling asleep at the wheel all morning and that is not acceptable. Going str8 home after work and going to sleep. Hope you all have a helluva day.
