My neighbor's brother said he started using kratom and his hand pain went away, he is an auto mechanic. is this stuff even lega? if so wehere do you get it? seems like a miracle pain killer
Kratom is used for pain regularly but I'm not sure how effective it is. I heard it was good for pain.
