go with dry options .. primo, eq, var, tbol etc

thats all about not controlling estrogen, likely dosing too high and not running bloodwork etc.. its essentially just irresponsible use... DHT compounds are going to be your best options to keep it dry and clean... anavar, winstrol, primo and masteron are going to be the best options

If its ur first cycle u need to do a test only cycle then pct then hit a more aggressive cycle. Lean mass would be
test, deca, tbol
Test, eq, wini
Test, tbol
A whole bunch of options
Maybe do sarms first

You can give SARMs a try as another option as well. For steroids, just stick to those that do not aromatize. If you run something like test that does aromatize, the best bet is to keep the dose low and/or use an AI to control estrogen.
