Hi all, don't know how to start.. never joined a forum like this before.
I turn 30 near the end of the year. Most my life I've done manual, physical work, but my diet was shit. Beginning of July/end of June, I started a calorie deficit and walking 20 miles a week. I've lost about 30lbs, from 225-230 5'7 to 195-205 (depending on glycogen.. water... how much I ate the day prior, etc.) and cut out alcohol, processed foods, cigarettes..
(End of June)
I started heavy compound lifts the beginning of August. Could barely bench 95lbs, Squat 135, deadlift 135. I started a cycle of 25mg Ostarine, 10mg Cardarine, some test lotion from Iconic Formulations. August 24th, I've been off everything since Nov 1, minus EOD Enclomiphene to taper off everything.
(End of September, 4-5 weeks on cycle) | (Most current, Nov 8, 7 days off cycle)
My current 1RM on those lifts is bench 225, Squat 340, deadlift 435. I was eating slightly above maintenance, going to continue training to failure at 70% of my 1RM on all my compound lifts, and continue to hit accessories with maximum effort and weight. I haven't lost any strength, in fact I've continued to set PRs after stopping the SARMs, but my elbows and wrists are starting to feel pretty beat up.
I typically do 3 sets progressive overload, working from low to high, and then I will do drop sets from high to low, until I can no longer complete a single rep. I do that with everything. Deadlifts, bench, incline press, leg press, curls... I just do what feels to work with my body. I've got zero gym experience or learnings, and nobody I can consult for advice or to discuss it with.
This May, I was thinking I wanted to do like a RAD140 cycle with the same test lotion base with Enclomiphene, until end of July, but the allure of things like actual test... Dbol... Anavar... they're undeniable in their results, and lets be real - a lot more tested and proven than SARMs.
I just wanted to get input from anybody who might care to comment and help a brother out. Never been comfortable in my body, and the most recent pic from November is the first time I've ever felt any kind of pride in myself. I'm just looking to keep pushing my journey, I'm chasing physique, I'm chasing high 1RM... and I'm willing to spend 3 hours a night in the gym if that's what it takes.
