Approved Log Masters Olympia Long Prep Cycle Log with US-Pharmcies

Thursday is my 2nd portion of chest day and shoulders with arms. Pumps were so damn real today I had to stop.

I don't mean to come off soft, but damn. The pump/blood flow in the local area was hurting, It was in my biceps, my deltoids, my chest, my fucking neck lol!!!!!

It's the YK-11.. This is on par with Superdrol as far as the strength and Anavar as far as the pumps. I do have to be sure the water intake is where it needs to be as It can make you little dry from what I've noticed. Besides that I am not having any bad side effects from this compound.

I just have to take a bit between my sets in order to let the blood flow settle a little.

Monday ----->> Funday----->>> Leg Day!!!!!

As we know, toady is international chest day, so for me I made it leg day as there are no benches available but squat racks are always open.

Need to get legs better in order to be more competitive on stage. They're good but need to improve to continue to be successful on the pro-circuit. We're here to win shows, not work hard for months on end only to make 2nd call out.

Current weight is 224lbs fasted this morning, just about done with this growth phase, and will hold on to this for a little before we go into the next phase. This phase was very successful as the biggest I've been was about 213lbs so 224-225lbs are new highs for me. My lines are still visible and and my overall physique is hard, not soft.

I wake up with energy, ready to get after whatever there is to do for the day. I sleep deep, while getting stronger by the day. I'm focused, hungry, and very grateful to be a part of @US-pharmacies thank you for everything. Let's keep going...
