well first of all I wasn't on padded machines the whole workout, I also did dumbells and incline with barbell but even still, yes I always wear gloves my wife likes my hands to be as soft as possible. The softer they are, the more I get to touch her

No it's because I've been on trt for 2 years and my natural production is 0.

You might just be one of those guys who requires a higher amount of test. I would still start with 500mg and see where that puts you after 4-5 weeks.

No gym today, just tearing the house apart and packing. Planning to go 1st thing tomorrow and blasting my shoulders. I'll start new log tomorrow as well.

Sorry about the time away, had a lot going on with family and trying to get ready for big move at the same time.
I think I've managed to get to the gym 3x this past week, went last night late and killed a chest workout. Didn't get there till 11pm but had to do it if for nm my mental health if nothing else. Unfortunately we're not able to pick our family and when I got out of prison apparently I didn't move far enough away from some of them and as hard as I try to not let it be so, sometimes their problems become our problems. But enough whining about personal shit.

My Anavar from OSGEAR is taking a while to get here, ordered on the 7th and tracking still hasn't updated other than to say it cleared customs in China a few days ago so this Tren is really tempting me to just start it and add the Var when it gets here.

●●●Couple questions about dosing.. so my understanding is that when combining an injectable with an oral you go with half the regular dose... is that correct? The TrenE says 300-600mg/wk. I'm thinking 200(100x2) and the Var says 50mg/ed but since I'm combining it with the Tren should that be 25mg ed instead?? And also, if my regular trt dose is 350mg test cyp (split 175mg e3.5days) how high should I go up on test for this cycle?? 500?

I realize these are probably questions for my new log, excuse me.
