Thanks for the heads up, going to order now because I only have 8 left of this but this is a good brand, a friend recommended it to me.

Diet has been great, still eating 2500 calories 180-200g of protein a day. I still feel great at the gym, overall I feel good, just the spasm been having me feel all confused haha

you need at least 5 of those per day bro thats a low dose one @TheGymSlayer

to give you an idea, if you look at @Monogordo5 log he was doing 10 grams of sodium at 1 point your stick has 500mgs
not saying you need 10 grams but idea is the same
