I'm 46 years old 6' 230LBS. I've been on TRT for about 6 months. I Switched to Sustanon 250 2 months ago at 500mg a week. Started HGH blue tops last week. Started with 1iu AM and 1iu PM Monday through Friday. Jumped up to 2iu AM and 2iu PM this week. I have a gut that I will be focusing on in the near future. At this time I'm more focused on bulking. My diet is almost all protein. 1LB ribeye and 6 eggs for dinner every night. About 150 grams of protein for dinner. Chi-fil-a has been a weakness that I am in the process of phasing out. I work out 6 days a week focusing on each muscle group twice a week. Usually 10-15 sets per muscle per workout
