Approved Log My Testosterone and Equipoise bulk cycle Log

Some physique updates, apologies for posing not being the best, I’ve never had practice or coaching on that. So for the last six months, I’ve been on 150 mg of testosterone and my blood work has been consistently around 500 NG/DL. So almost natural levels, I’ve been on around 700 mg of test for the last eight days, I believe, so obviously it has not kicked in yet
I feel like my lats from the back look decent, but from the front they look weak is the front double bicep and my biceps overpower them, definitely need to work on my chest more as well

@Matt_0689 Don't be so hard on yourself. Still very early on this log but it's good that you're identifying some of your weaknesses and you can work on them.

Well, now I have two days for back, one for width, and one for thickness. And two push days, one chest focused, and one shoulder focused, but still working chest and shoulders both days.

Yeah, I’m the same lol. I do not operate well off low fats. That was big in the 90s and then people started realizing, hey we need those fats. I’m slowly gonna start cutting down, but I’m mainly gonna reduce my carbs and maybe fat a little bit, but my protein will stay around 300 g per day. And then I’ll incorporate one high day per week, really just listen to my body for the most part and then I want to do a competition probably sometime in the beginning of the year. I’m gonna hire a coach for that, but I’m gonna do it in the southwest Florida area. I don’t wanna do it online. I mean, I’ve been lifting weights for 20 years. I’ve been studying it for that long as well, but I’m always a student of bodybuilding and I really need that second eye, especially in person.

I try to be as calculated as possible, especially when it comes to the drug part of it. When it comes to the training, I just hit my muscle from every angle possible the train as hard as I can, and progressively overload every week. I don’t do De-load weeks I feel likeyour body and lifewill pick those for you.

I’ll be adding tren A for the last eight weeks at 50mg per day along with masteron 400 mg and winstrol 50-100mg per day, test 500? I’m still not sure on my testosterone dose, keep in mind. This is pre-competition next year and I’m gonna switch to test P, pull all the injectables, creatine and all that good stuff out two weeks prior
