Sorry guys I’ve been super busy with work this week, there’s a couple people out so I’ve been putting in 14 hour days. I’ve only been able to get to the gym one day this week so far, but I’m still in a deficit, I’ve had the last four days off so I anticipate going into the gym today much much stronger
