Yeah, I’m the same lol. I do not operate well off low fats. That was big in the 90s and then people started realizing, hey we need those fats. I’m slowly gonna start cutting down, but I’m mainly gonna reduce my carbs and maybe fat a little bit, but my protein will stay around 300 g per day. And then I’ll incorporate one high day per week, really just listen to my body for the most part and then I want to do a competition probably sometime in the beginning of the year. I’m gonna hire a coach for that, but I’m gonna do it in the southwest Florida area. I don’t wanna do it online. I mean, I’ve been lifting weights for 20 years. I’ve been studying it for that long as well, but I’m always a student of bodybuilding and I really need that second eye, especially in person.
