Myfitnesspal, lose it or my macros+?

Hawace34

Newbie
I'm looking to get some improvement to my diet and help with my macro intake
there are some fitness apps out there that I've been reading about but I haven't downloaded any yet to my iPhone
curious before I do which ones do you like the best between MyFitnessPal, lose it or macros+?
I'm trying to aim for 30% protein, 30% fat, and 40% carbs in my diet

They can help when you are first getting back on track but long term, once you know your body, you won't need to track. Just focus on eating only when you are hungry and eating the right kinds of food. It really is that simple.
