So I order 10 kits of GH DOMESTIC paid right away and it went shipped status on Naps on Oct 3. Keep in mind this was a domestic purchase so I paid more for it on purpose, I don’t like fooling with customs at all.
Sent a ticket in on the 11th, when usps tracking still had it as pre-shipment and not dropped off yet. They finally responded to me today and their reply was totally incorrect.
They said the product left the international location on October the third, and told me to contact them if delivery goes beyond 5 weeks. This was a domestic purchase at the domestic price, more $$ a kit to be safer and avoid all this customs mess.
Either they completely overcharged me the domestic price for an international purchase and owe me a couple hundred dollars for the price difference between domestic and international or the attached response is complete BS.
I’ve noticed several others posting issues lately also noting slow responses. I’m def not used to this from Naps. Let’s hope this isn’t a trend.
I’ve ordered from them many times and had a minor issue here or there, but this one, they need to do better. Not happy with them at the moment. I’ll let yall know if they make this right or provide better more accurate info
