I was having some issues with my order through Napsgear and I was freaking out about it. My computer has been acting up lately, ever since I had to upgrade my Windows. It's been running super slow but anyway I was having a hard time navigating the Napsgear website and I was not able to put in my order and I screwed things up when I tried to do it.
Their customer service, though, was on top of things. They worked their magic to get my order sorted and they worked their magic to make sure that I paid the right amount and didn't have to overpay. They took care of me beautifully and I was very impressed with their customer service.
