NapsGear Need help with Napsgear order

Hey everyone

So I placed my first order with napsgear. Usually use domestic supply and love them but wanted to take advantage of a sale napsgear had. Sent the money using Moneygram. Got an email from them a few days later saying the user could not get funds something was wrong. I sent them pics of the receipts a few times with no response…any advice or is there an admin from Napsgear on here?? I appreciate the help.

Cancel the transaction and send bitcoin or just cancel transaction and stick with the source that has worked for you
