Long time boys hope everyone is doing good and kicking ass. Well I did get everything figured out with @teamroids.to but 1st I do want other thank @JaneScott for trying to help me before I was able to figure out things ti continue business W TR's.
New Cycle, Nutrition, Gym Schedule.
I'll be starting
Para pharma Long Stack 300, 2 injections per week Monday and Friday along with 1 injection of deca 300 on Wednesdays. I'll be running this about 8 weeks then I'll do cruse on some test C mix w some Mast.
Nutrition is pretty basic
Eggs, rice, meat mother fucker meat
Some Greek yogurt and fruits.
I usually stop eating a 7-8pm to allow proper digestion.
Gym Schedule
Get to the mother fucking Gym boys as much as possible. For me that doesn't mean lift heavy everyday but just kill it whatever that looks like for you. Always remember to give yourself some quality recovery time that shits needed.
