I have been doing circuit training 4-5x per week for the past month and am not getting anywhere with my results. I’m eating more food and seem to be only gaining in the belly. Muscles aren’t showing changes
should I try another month or two doing this or is it take to start thinking bout changing things up?

Circuit training doesnt mean you'll get good results.

Try concentrating on 1 body part per day and work that bodypart hard with sqeeze motion and hard pumps.

5 days per week 1 bodypart per day with 1 full body too.
